WOW - My first quick hunt in HG/SS! And it was the exact starter that I wanted after Totodile, Cyndaquil! I am not positive, but I may have SRed over one previously on my Japanese Heart Gold after 26 SR's, I SRed very quickly not expecting anything while looking down half glancing at it while grabbing a textbook out of my backpack. A great looking shiny that came super fast, so thrilled right now! It came after 489 SR's / 1467 total starters, and it was the 1466th seen! It was the 89th SR of the new file 49922, the same pattern of my Shiny Totodile's ID, which is a little interesting. (2 sets of repeating numbers, and then a different number, but the order and the number's are different). Now, here is how I found this shiny, quite remarkable to say the least. I was really hoping for a shiny today, since I knew I would be hunting a starter and Ho-Oh. So, I came home from school and was getting ready for a doctors appointment at 4PM. While I was getting ready, I was SRing. I came downstairs, after my brother Jakarta came home from Kaboose's house. I asked him, which shiny he thought was cooler, Chikorita or Cyndaquil. He replied with Cyndaquil. Then I explained to my mom how I loved this new game, how I got to see three starters at a time, and how I loved SRing and the starters, hoping to get Cyndaquil to possibly reclaim it.
