Under the pseudonym of "SpaceMan" I entered ShockOfGod's chatroom several times. One June 2nd of 2011 I was invited to debate him. The debate was the same as all the ones I had heard before. His tactic is to employ a carbon copy of William Lane Craig's speech in the Craig vs. Hutchinson debate he constantly plugs in his videos. No matter what I said, he would act like I said something different. Despite experiencing this phenomenon from other creationists, it is still something that frustrates me. It is textbook cognitive dissonance. I grew tired of it and he had already declared himself the "winner" so I moved on and started a conversation about his views on homosexuality. Since I was recording the conversation, I wanted to see if I could get him to confirm any of the statements I have heard attributed to him. As you hear, he did not deny it when I stated that I had heard of him comparing homosexuality to molestation, rape, and murder. He seems to temper his language somewhat when he is speaking compared to what he writes.
